This one scent has single-candledly changed the way I see myself. 'I'm not a candle person' .... WELL. I was shopping for a birthday present to myself and crossed paths with the Australian Bush Christmas Candle and passed over a threshold into some tantalising paradise. Warm, spicy, deep, lingering loveliness that has opened my eyes and nostrils to a quiet pleasure I didn't know existed in this way. I AM NOW A CANDLE PERSON.
After finishing the candle, I kept the jar so I could sniff it sadly from time to time and remember it for as long as possible. But then, Lorrae kindly heard my prayers (in the form of an email) and made it available for me to buy.
This scent is now the standard by which I judge all others. Not for similarity to it, but to the instant connection I felt to it.
